Emergency First Aid & CPRC/AED Basic First Aid March 12/2026

Description: Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. OFA Level One Equivalent. This course is completed online and in class. The online portion will take 3.5-4.5 hours and the in-class portion will take 4 hours. The online portion must be completed for the in-class date. The online course can be completed all at once or divided up as needed to accommodate your schedule.
