Emergency First Aid & CPRC/AED Basic First Aid (OFA Level 1 Equivalent) May 1/25

Description: Basic one-day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. The course meets the legislation requirements of provincial and territorial worker safety and insurance boards, and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Basic First Aid (Previously known as OFA Level One) Equivalent. This course is completed online and in class. The online portion will take 3.5-4.5 hours, and the in-class portion will take 4 hours. The online portion must be completed for the in-class date. The online course can be completed all at once or divided up as needed to accommodate your schedule.
