We make workplace first aid training simple. Whether you are booking for yourself or organizing training for your team, we offer flexible options to fit your schedule.

Courses are available in-class, on-site at your workplace, or in blended formats that reduce time away from work. Our training meets workplace requirements and is delivered through the Canadian Red Cross.

CPR C AED

Learn how to recognize and respond to cardiac emergencies, choking, and breathing emergencies for adults, children, and babies.

This course is required for nursing students and nurses annually.

  • Full In-Class: 5–6 hours 

  • Blended: 2–3 hrs online + 3 hrs in class

  • 3-year Red Cross Certification​

Intermediate Standard First Aid CPR C AED

Our most comprehensive first aid course, designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to respond to a wide range of emergencies.

Building on Emergency First Aid, this course includes additional training in sudden medical emergencies, head and spinal injuries, bone and joint injuries, environmental emergencies, and poisoning—making it a well-rounded choice for both workplace requirements and personal preparedness.

Commonly required for workplace first aid attendants, supervisors, educators, and higher-responsibility safety roles. Also required for many healthcare professionals (including chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists) and workers in the mining industry.

  • Full In-Class: 13–14 hours (2 days)

  • Blended: 4-8 hrs online + 7-8 hrs in-class option available

  • 3-year Red Cross Certification (WorkSafeBC equivalent)

Basic Emergency First Aid CPR C AED

Essential one-day training to respond to common workplace emergencies, including CPR, choking, breathing emergencies, and wound care. Head, Neck & Spinal Injuries are now included in the course knowledge.

This course is commonly required for general workplace staff across a wide range of industries.

  • Full In-Class: 1 day (6.5–7 hours)

  • Blended: 3-4 Hours online + 4 hrs in-class 

  • 3-year Red Cross Certification (WorkSafeBC equivalent)

Basic Life Support

Team-based CPR training for healthcare professionals and those with a duty to respond in medical emergencies.

This course focuses on high-performance CPR, rapid assessment, and effective team response using an AED.

Commonly required for healthcare professionals, including dental assistants, dental hygienists, and dentists, with annual recertification.

  • Full In-Class: 5-6 Hours

  • ​3-year Red Cross Certification

  • Note: Those working in dental settings must complete this course annually.
