About the Course
Description: Â This course is a blended version of the Standard Intermediate First Aid CPR/AED program. Red Cross Standard First Aid is equivalent to Intermediate First Aid WorkSafe BC. The participant will complete the online portion in six-eight hours and then come in person for a 7.5-8-hour class. This comprehensive two-day course offers first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course meets legislation requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and insurance boards and includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. .
